Because of the natural asphalt coating on QuietBrace, Temple-Inland does not require the use of a house wrap or taped joints. However, the IRC and the IBC and local jurisdictions may require an approved house wrap, taped sheathing joints, and openings flashed correctly. If such is required, please review this technical bulletin for recommended house wrap and joint tapes that work well with QuietBrace.
