L.E.E.D. rating system credits
Because of the significantly high percentages of recycled material in Temple-Inland QuietBrace panels, they can contribute valuable credits toward L.E.E.D. rating system project certification. Below are two areas those credits may apply.
L.E.E.D. MR 4.1
Our QuietBrace sheathing is certified by Scientific Certification Systems to contain at least 95% recycled pre-consumer wood fiber on a dry weight basis. Because of the use of recovered and recycled materials in its manufacturing, QuietBrace can contribute toward L.E.E.D. credit MR 4.1. Click here for more certification details.
L.E.E.D. MR 5.1
In some areas of the U.S., Temple-Inland QuietBrace can easily contribute toward L.E.E.D. credit MR 5.1, encouraging the use of regional and local materials. Contact a Temple-Inland representative for more information.
