GreenGlass® Liner Board

Benefits

GreenGlass fiberglass-faced gypsum liner panels deliver undeniable performance and unrivaled green building credits. They're durable, versatile and set a whole new standard for recycled content.

Maximum Mold and Moisture Resistance

Besides its naturally mold- and moisture-resistant glass mat facers, GreenGlass is produced with the TemShield Mold Protection System engineered into its enhanced gypsum core. The combination has produced superior performance during laboratory testing conducted in accordance to ASTM standards. Click here for more information about mold and moisture resistance.

Unmatched Green Rating System Value

Manufactured with an SCS-certified recycled gypsum content of at least 93%, GreenGlass can contribute significant credits toward a project’s green rating system certification. Superior Fire Resistance

As a gypsum liner panel, GreenGlass is naturally noncombustible. It’s also manufactured with a type X core formula that has been tested and approved for use in a range of U.L. shaft wall and area separation wall assemblies to deliver a fire-resistance rating of 2 hours or more.

12-Month Exposure Warranty

Because construction projects can take significant time to complete,Temple-Inland offers a 12-month weather-exposure warranty on GreenGlass fiberglass-faced liner panels. This can be a real plus on projects in which the approval and signoff process requires an extended amount of time. See our limited warranty for more details.

Improved Handling
