LEED MR 4.1
Our gypsum board products are certified in accordance with ISO 14021 standards to contain significant percentages of recycled material that can contribute toward LEED credit MR 4.1. Click here for more details.
LEED MR 5.1
In many areas of the U.S., Temple-Inland gypsum board products can easily contribute toward LEED credit MR 5.1, encouraging the use of regional and local materials. Click here to view a mileage reference map.
In addition, SCS also certified that Temple-Inland’s wallboard products manufactured with synthetic gypsum are produced with a byproduct of pollution-control technology that reduces power plant sulfur emissions (a precursor to acid rain) by at least 96%.
