By supplementing regular gypsum board's natural fire resistance with glass fibers and other additives, our fire-resistant products proudly carry the Underwriter Laboratories' stamp of approval (U.L. file #R6937) without sacrificing the smooth, consistent surface and workability our standard board has always offered.
In addition, our fire-resistant gypsum board product line consists of both Type-X panels and improved Type TG-C panels produced in a range of dimensions as well as a number of other product options to provide performance enhancements to suit a range of specialty applications.
