Brad's role includes supervising information systems and technology, core human resources, communications, real estate, government affairs and aviation groups. Prior to his current role, Brad was the company's General Counsel and also served as the Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel of Temple-Inland Financial Services. Before joining Temple-Inland in 1993, Brad was in private practice with Weil Gotshal & Manges in Houston and Holland & Hart in Denver.

Brad received his Bachelor of Science in Business, magna cum laude, from The University of Colorado. He also has a Juris Doctorate from The University of Colorado School of Law and a Master of Jurisprudence from Stanford Law School.
