Grant joined Temple-Inland in 1991. Today he is responsible for corporate governance, and his role includes SEC and NYSE reporting and compliance, securities law compliance, legal aspects of corporate finance and general matters of corporate law.

Formerly with Dallas-based law firm Jackson & Walker, Grant's experience includes an extensive background in corporate finance and securities as well as mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, public and private equity offerings, and federal and state securities laws compliance. Grant received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Tech University and is a graduate of Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.
