Randy became Temple-Inland’s Chief Financial Officer in 1999 and also assumed the role of Treasurer in 2007. He is responsible for the company’s accounting, tax and treasury functions. In addition, Randy serves as chairman of the company’s pension and investment committee. Randy joined Guaranty Bank as Treasurer in 1989 and served in various other capacities there, including Chief Operating Officer from 1994 through 1999.

Randy has 35 years of diversified financial and operational experience. Prior to joining Temple-Inland, he served in various financial and treasury positions with several nationally recognized financial institutions and with the Xerox Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania.
