Educating our employees on health and safety empowers them to conduct work in a safe manner. Every year, our employees receive tens of thousands of hours in health and safety training. We’ve also implemented a comprehensive safety leadership program to empower supervisors to:

- Set levels of expectation for themselves and their employees
- Reinforce safety in day-to-day conversations
- Effectively influence others and direct organizational efforts toward a positive safety culture
